I canceled my service at the end of March, was told I would be able to see an updated billing amount in my account by the end of April.
It is May now and nothing new has been updated. I called and chatted with Xfinity multiple times and they were no help in resolving this issue.
Has anyone else experienced this? How can I contact an agent and effectively resolve this, since I can no longer call through phone since my account has been deactivated.
