No Customer Support

I have been a customer with Xfinity for over 15 years. Never late on a payment and although there are less expensive options available, I have stayed because I am a creature of habit. It took this long but the company has finally convinced me that Xfinity does not need me as a customer. It's bad enough that my bill jumped over $20. After being on hold for over an hour and a half, the outcome was me having less channels but the bill only decreased by a few dollars. Definitely time to switch. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know. I need to make this switch in the next few days so as to not have to pay the "early termination fee".
