No Cable/Internet/Phone due to Tropical Storm - Please Refund

Hello,

 

We do not have use of our home telephone, home internet, or home cable, which we are paying a premium for with Comcast.  We have a generator and all electricity in our house is working.  Given this is a direct issue with Comcast we would like a refund for 08/04/2020, 08/05/2020, and any additional days the service is down.
