New customers treated better than veteran LOYAL customer - WHY?
I was being charged $217.91 for my Xfinity package. However, new customers are being offered the same package for $159.99. That is a HORRIBLE way to treat your loyal customers.
I have been a Comcast customer for AT LEAST 30 YEARS. When my total bill came yesterday at $288.56, I decided to investigate ways to reduce my bill. Upon researching, I see an offer for new customers to get the same thing for $159.99. What kind of "customer service" is that?
I called to find ways to reduce my bill, and all the agent did was read off the normal, regular packages offered by Comcast of which I have an entire list. To reduce my bill, I had to take one of those minimal packages! Lost all my channels - but a new customer gets them all. That is THE WORST way to treat a long-time, loyal customer.
I got rid of so many things, and apparently, that is the only way to afford Comcast. I will just need to keep eliminating options until I can afford your nonsensical prices and demeaning treatment.
