I believe I'm about to become another victim to the faulty online ordering process. I have signed up and paid for Extreme Pro Internet for 69.99 for 12months. I recieved my confirmation email stating i'm getting performance internet instead. I just looked at my account and the pricing confrims I have been signed up for the wrong plan. I want what I ordered! I can call customer service after I get off work but have read I may get better help here, thanks!
I would like to correct my first post. Everything is up and running and my speed test far surpassed my expectation. Not sure what I misread but currently am satisfied. Guess I read too many horror stories and assumed the worse. FYI Extrme Pro 400 (or whatever its called) tested at 383/11 with 11ms and 1ms jitter.
