New contract

Hi. My promotional contract ended this month and it went from 49,99 to 81,95 for 150MBPS. And today I talked to an agent and the only thing I could get for the same price was 60MBPS.
I’m not pleased at all. It’s less then half of what I was getting.
And I’m not even sure if I’ll get the refund of the extra charge.
