New bill after move

I just paid my bill due 5/3/20.  Now that I have moved I have new additional billing due 5/6/20.  I cannot access my old account to print old bill, and my new account bill has been "generating" for 3 days.  Unable to either view details or print it.  Customer service (chat) is horrible, robotic, no access to a live agent either online or by phone.  Agent call back option is no longer available.  I have been dropped off of a FB messenger session multiple times with no success.  Oh, and by the way, none of the wall phone jacks in my new home function, no dial tone.  Set up tech was unsuccessful in fixing that problem.  Xfinity/Comcast is a terrible service.
