New Customer

I am a new customer. Service began Thursday, April 17. Got my bill today for the full monthly price. I usually don’t complain but, really? Two days of service into my contract and I get hit with a full month’s charge? It couldn’t have even been two days since I got the bill the morning! It just seems ridiculous to be charged an entire month for less than 50 hours of service already. Anyone else ever have a similar problem?

Aren't we billed in advance, e.g. this bill is for next month's service?

Wait till they start charging the late fees for the month that you'll be watching.
