I am trying to resolve an issue with our BULK account registered to the Episcopal Home at <Edited> I am the bookkeeper at the Home. We received a letter from Comcast on May 1 stating that our fee would increase. Currently we are paying for 25 outlets. We need to adjust that to 12 outlets. The letter referred me to a hotline to call with questions. I called it but no one there could help me with a BULK account. We have not paid the bill that was due on May 9 because we do not want to pay for 25 outlets. Out of pure frustration, I sent a letter on May 8 to the address on the letter that we got informing us of a price increase. I have heard nothing. Please provide me a contact with someone that can help with a BULK account. I need an adjusted amount on the May bill and the June bill. Since I have been trying to reach someone since before the May bill was due, I expect that there will be no late fee.
