Our bill is slightly over $200. All we watch are some sports and Netflix. Why are we not allowed to get the new deal of $59.99/month for Pro internet and TV? I spoke with a Customer Care Specialist and he informed me that even when our contract ends, the best we could do would be to secure our $200 / month bill and we would never be eligible for new customer pricing. Why?
FiOS offers $39.99/month internet with no ETF and no commitment. Plus, they will buy out anyone's old contract up to $500.
We are just wasting money right now.
