NEED COLLECTIONS REMOVED FROM CREDIT BUREAU


Good Afternoon- I am in the process of being approved for a mortgage. I have spoken to several of your account specialists and I was just referred to email this account. I am sorry that my account ended up in your firm due to defaulting on a comcast bill. We returned the equipment to the S. Willow Store in Manchester, NH in April 2018. For some reason we were billed and since we moved we were unaware of the remaining balance, that should have never been reported. My wife is a highly disabled veteran, and we relocated from New Hampshire to Florida so I could take a job and my wife would not need to work. We properly closed out the Comcast account, I was unaware that we had a remaining balance. Having this account deleted from credit report is the only thing standing between me and being able to provide my family with a permanent home. We paid the balance of $135 to the collection agency last week. We are in dire need of a Pay to Delete letter in order to get our mortgage. This is the only thing standing in our way. Please remove the collection from the credit bureau. I am willing to pay any fee, and I would also be able to provide any testimonial that may be able to assist your reputation. Please help! Your firm would have my undying gratitude.
