My new bill is not right and I cannot speak to a human!

I recently changed my plan to a less expensive option, and now my bill has gone up - not down!

Calling customer service only gets you into a circular phone system with no option to speak to a live agent. The system repeats itself and is very frustrating. I just want to cancel and go to Direct TV. Is there an agent that can help me with that???
