My billing.

They keep double charging me. I need my money back but there is no way to contact them to get it back. I want my money back. This happened 2 times already. I will not be using this internet service again and will be switching soon.

Hello @Maniya6, thanks for reaching out to us on Forums about your billing concerns. I definitely understand your frustration, as it is never fun to be double-charged, I would also be upset as well. We definitely want to further look into this and get everything figured out. Just to confirm, do you have an account with us or is this in reference to our Xfinity Prepaid Internet?
