My billing does not reflect my plan change.

Dear xfinity,

 

I have changed my plan 10 days ago and am already using the new plan. However, my billing still reflects the old plan. According to some questions in this forum, it seems I am one of the people who are waiting for a long time. Can you fix this problem?
