My bill

Hi, On 03/20/2020 I've returned all my devices at a UPS store where I've been sent by an XFinity agent from the local Xfinity Center because of a very long queue but I keep on receiving bills for April and now May. I have no reason to pay for a service I don't get. Please HELP.
