My bill went up by $20 without any notification and I can't contact any customer service

My bill went up by $20 without any notification as to why and I can't contact any customer service rep.  The chat feature offers no help whatsoever.  I am very displeased with the lack of customer support.

They never do, it’s up to you to keep track when your promotion is ending

Notices of increases are usually found in the notes section of your billing statement prior to it happening.  Do you read your billing statement or just the part that shows how much you need to pay?
