I have been over charged for your equipment which I turned into you on June 14, 2017. I was told it would be taken off my bill starting that day. I totally trusted that it would happen. I finally checked my bill and made a call on Nov. 18, 2017. The Comcast representative checked it out and told me I would get credit on my bill for the over charges that started on June 14, 2017. He also gave me a Credit Ticket number. In Dec. of 2017, my bill decrease by 14.39, but in Jan. of 2018, my bill increased by 12.85 and my bill still lists the equipment that I turned into the Comcast store on June 14, 2017. I am very dissatisfied with this situation. I still expect a full refund of rental charges and taxes that were wrongfully charged to my bill. Please clear this up correctly this time!!!
