My bill goes up and up..

My bill goes up and up..

Promotions have expired and up and away the bill goes again.  Trying see what is available online - nope can't do that.  Try online chat after finding a way to get to a live person (at least I think she was) and waiting for slow anwsers online... nope she can't help either.  Only 2 options I guess, call or visit a store.  I know how the call goes slow responses and non answers and holding on the phone for what seems like hours.. nothing gets resolved.  Then maybe I will get transfered to someone who actually cares and can help..  then in a year or 2 we do it all again.  

 

I have TV, Internet and Home Secuirty with Xfinity and you would think they actually would care about the level of service provided.  Sadly that is NOT the case.
