My Bill is too High

I have been a customer for a few years now and I used to have unlimited data full cable with HBO. I decided I no longer needed cable and I downgraded to only WIFI. I was assured my wifi services would not change by the customer service rep I spoke to. However what was not mentioned was the DATA CAP that was added to my account and to keep from extra charges I had to PAY FOR UNLIMITED DATA!


Well, unfortunately my bill is now MORE than I was orginally paying for the full package. This is unnacceptable. In my attempt to reduce my bill I was misled by the XFINITY team. So I am paying more for less services.


I also know that XFINITY offers XFI, a service that offers WIFI aat high speeds with unlimited data. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I am at my wits end with your company. I feel like I have been lied to numerous times and I am considering going to AT&T.
