My Bill Should be Reduced from all of these Outages
Over the past several weeks I have experienced multiple extended service outages which, while I have been on strict work from home orders, has caused me to either lose money or several hours of PTO. I had experienced over a 3 hour outage yesterday, and sure enough I wake up this morning and another outage is being worked on and isn't expected to be resolved for at least another 2 hours. Prior to that there were other instances of outages occurring during M-F 8-5 times.
Please let me know if any compensation can be provided for these massive inconveniences. Otherwise I just have no choice but to part ways.
