My Base package went up by over $30xx during contract!!
My base package "X1 premier triple play" went up by over $30.xx during the 24 month period contract. I'm frustrated after calling customer service and the call center just repeated a rediculous message without any sense at all over and over and wasted my time on hold. I saw another forum here where the comcast employee clearly explained that unless there's a upgrade/change requested or there's a fee or other change, there's no reason for the base package price to change. The customer support personnel was so horrible and in spite of asking for the supervisor, i was put on hold and hold again. So much for a being a loyal customer for 20 years.
