Hello my name is Randall my mother who is 88 years old has been taken advantage of by Comcast. She some how unbeknowned to her comcast bill is $231.90 for only TV and Phone, her being eldeley and all thought that was normal. so she just paid it. Your phone system is not good ask for agent get looped and hung up on!!! I understand agents are working from home still need to get this resolved please. My next call will be to the Better Buisness Bureau to report deceptive practices. Please help me resolve this issue.
