Moving and Billed for Un-returned Equipment with No Centers Open Near Me to Return
I'm in the middle of moving and have not returned my equipment since there are no centers open to return the equipment. Just found out from calling the "equipment specialist" that are affiliates of Comcast, that you can drop equipment off at UPS to mail the equipment in. How can I dispute the charges that were put on my account when there aren't any representatives to even talk to? I wasn't aware of this mailing in option until after the fact. I always paid my bills on time and now I have to worry about a $270 charge auto deducted from my account thanks to them not allowing you to turn autobilling off.
