I finished going through the process of setting up a move order that happens in 2 weeks. Dates look great on the confirmation page online. However, I just received an email that says my service at my current address will end 5 days from now. Where did this date come from on teh email??? I have a feeling that I will call Comcast and they will say everything is fine and then I try and get online in 5 days and there will be no internet. Getting in touch with a human at comcast is also quite a chore and the information you get depends on who you speak to. Anybody else have this issue? Should I trust the online info on my order which is correct? Also I should note when I log back into my account, I can't find the move date to confirm what that says. very frustrating. This should be easy.
