I have had internet, cable, and phone service with Comcast for several years. I have questions concerning my monthly statement since June of this year. My monthly charges have increased a few dollars every month? The equipment is the same, the services are the same, yet the amount goes up a few dollars every month. When I call customer service about this issue, they are not able to give me a suitable explanation. I'm starting to feel like I am being taken advantage of. Although I like Comcast, they are chasing me away. I'm going to chck out the competition.
