Mobile app doesn’t work

I set it up to take a payment out on Jan 23rd on the app while I still had services. They waited 3 days to turn my services saying it was insufficient funds when I got paid on Wednesday. Then expect me to make another payment. NO! I want to be credited that’s on my account. I’ve had this issues on more then one occasion
