Anyone ever make a payment that clears your bank but never shows up on your Xfinity account? I first talked to a service rep that essentially laughed and said my bank needs to fix it. Asked the bank and they said Comcast was paid and gave me the confirmation number and an updated bank statement. The bank said Comcast needs to explain why my payment isn't showing. I then chatted online with a customer rep that was clueless and "escalated" to billing and they would contact me within 24 hours. That didnt happen. I'm not making a duplicate payment for a mistake Comcast made. Thanks.
