I've been searching the comcast/xfinity website to find a way to change from internet and tv to internet only and I can't find ANYTHING! I posted in one of the forums a week ago, but no one responded. Can someone please help me?
They don't let you downgrade online, you have to call in: 1-800-Comcast. Expect a lot of resistance.
