I've been a long time customer with Comcast (over 17 years) and would like to downgrade to an Internet only plan, as we no longer watch enough TV to justify the cost, and we are looking reduce our bills with our growing family. When I try to shop plans online, I'm getting offers that are much higher in price than what new customers are being offered. Is there anything that can be done to help a loyal long term customer out?
