Long term customer looking to possibly reduce service

I've had Comcast and have been happy for quite a while.  We had an introductory offer with Premium V/Internet and when that expired I downgraded to Limited Basic TV with Internet.  The price was about $70 a month.  It's slowly been climbing up and up and up.  I'm over $100/month now for TV I can get OTA and basic internet.

 

Is there a way I can lower that cost without doing a new subscription?

Can I save money by dropping the TV alltogether and only having internet?
