Lied to over the phone about bill...thinking of leaving

I am looking for advise regarding chronic issues with Xfinity. I had an issue with my "promo" price ending, and agreed to a slightly higher price for a faster internet speed connection (60mbps->150mbps) and then I see my internet speed stayed the same (60mpbs). When asked about this, the customer rep told me I misunderstood, even though I confirmed with her 3 times and wrote it down before "agreeing."

 

Ahh, getting tired of these lies. I have both TV/Internet, and no longer need TV, so just internet. I tried to change the service to what I need, but they are not giving me equal rates I see online, and I cannot afford these high rates. Should I just leave?
