I have been having issuses with my services almost every month. Its usually for a few hours (that I know of). These last few days I have had already 3 insidences. They have lasted for quite a while. There is no way of speaking with someone live to try to get it resolved. But yet I have been paying a $10 late fee almost every month and there have been some $6 reactivation fees also for each of the services for a total of $28. Yet when ever there is service interuptions, I am NOT given any credit. I Have to call and complain so they take a few dollars off and thats if I am lucky. I am tired of this. Is this even legal? Can I get a $10 credit plus $6 for each of the services that I have every time there is no service? Today is the 21st my bill was due on the 20th, there is already and extra $10 charge on my account. Has anyone been able to get credit without having to call and complain?
