I received an email that my payment was late. I would like to know which payment is late as I have dates, amounts and confirmation numbers for every payment made this year. I also have the dates all of these payments cleared my account. I tried to call, but your lovely automated system hung up on me twice without putting me through to an agent as I had requested. Very poor service!!!
