Late Fee

I need the late charge to be credited on our acccount. We just got notified today that we are past due and we never received a bill from you in the mail. We shouldn't have to pay this fee.

I'm having the same issue here as well. I never received their emails and I got charge and this is the 2nd time. I'm currently chatting with customer service and they are giving me a hard time.

Received notice of late fee but of Bill in full have not receivership. Frustrated can't call anyone, computer says viewing my bill is restricted but signed into here ok was on chat 45 min no one responded
