Today I recieved a "late payment" notice from Xfinity for a bill that was due on July 26, and a $10 late fee has been applied to my account. However, during the month of June, I did not recieve the typical reminder email from Xfinity one month before my due date (i.e., on June 26). I rely on this reminder email as my employer pays for my bill directly through an invoice that I manually create, and as a result I am unable to set up automatic payments through a credit card. My employer has agreed to pay the current balance, but I would like to ask to have the late fee removed from my account and credited to next month's bill.
