Last bill

Last bill

I closed my account early June but was still sent a bill.

I tried to view the bill details in my account but it takes me to a different page and I am not able to view neither pay it!

 

Kindly advise

Greetings, mai-k! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day. I apologize to hear you had to close the account and that you are having issues with trying to access the bill and make the payment. Since it been a while, you will need to use another option for paying like contact us at 1 (800) 934-6489 or going into a local Comcast store and making a payment using the kiosk. If you still find issues in making the payment, feel free to send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you.
