Lack of information / from infinity stores clerks

I'm paying $22.23 dollars more for poor knowledge and lack of information from infinity stores clerks, I sign for 94.95 package (I have Proof) and my invoices are for $117. 00, I chat, I call and nobody take care of my case. What else can I do?  I have a lot of frustration with customer service.
