Just received a new bill with 65% increased?!!

Just received a new bill with 65% increased?!!

So looks like my previous contracted just ended.  Can someone please help suggest a contact person/method to lower my bill? TIA.

 

I seemed to remember I did my last couple contracts via PM with a Comcast agent.  But looks like unsolicited PM to agens is frown upon now?
