It is now March 2018 and the problem has still not been addressed. Why can't I see my plan on line
I recently changed my plan after talking to the 4th "customer service loyalty" representive in 5 days. I was finally allow to see the plan they were recommending I sign up for. Now I have signed up I no longer have access to the plan details. I have to call cutomer service again. This is rediculous and a problem according to other comments that has been around at least since July of 2017.
Why can I view the plan I pay good money for every month. Channels I thought I had signed up for I have to pay per view. I don't want to spend another hour having a frustrating call with a loyalty agent.
