I recently moved to a different state and had my Xfinity cable and internet transferred. No where during the process did it say anything about a cancellation fee but my bank account was falsely charged 230 dollars for "cancellation". I verified this with an Xfinity rep who was very helpful but told me the best they could do is refund it by 1-2 weeks. Is there anyway I can get this charge refunded sooner? My bank account already took a hit from the moving process and now this hurts even worse.
