I was originally ment to pay 54.92 (including tax) for my internet service. I saw that my bill had gone up to $77 without my knowing, including a one-time charge from Cinemax, and a subscription charge. I called customer service to take the charges off, and she did, but now they are back. We have NEVER ordered anything from or signed up for Cinemax. Please take the charges off and keep them off.
