Yesterday I spent an hour to switch to internet only with flex. Ed on the phone explained it all and said it will take effect on May 22 until flex box arrives so you don’t lose any service until then. I hung up the phone and I lost service immediately because system assumed I had a flex box already. Dvr stopped responding. I spent another 2 hrs to figure out what the heck went wrong! Not a happy customer here. So the only way they can fix it was to cancel flex and when I have time I should try again. Are you kidding me?
