I am a new customer and my bill for my first month was fine. Flat promo fee for internet services only (Performance Plus Plan). However today I have recieved a bill with an extra $20 charge for TV service and Boardcast fees that I did not even agree to nor use! I only own a desktop and mobile devices. I do not even own a TV (sadly). Nor would I watch TV even if I did. Can we take a look at this issue and address it before my billing cycle ends?
