Internet has dropped multiple times in last 6 weeks and now my bill went up $50. No customer service
Is this the only format to get support these days? I am a regional service manager with over 100 field service personnel in the field and on phone support for my business. I have never seen a tech service like this not answer a phone call for support. AND the chat will not allow you to chat with someone either. My guys have been working through this COVID issue and we have had great success.
Get yourselves together, this is NOT how you support your customers. I will be looking elsewhere. Forums for a service like this is that last way to support your customers.
Not only that, now you raised my bill and the internet keeps cutting out once or twice a day for the last six weeks.
Not sure how to get support. Cannot wait to do my survey.
