Internet Pricing is up $3 more this month WHY!

I hate the new way of customer service.  It ask what a convient time is for me it was tonight not on Monday the 10TH.. as far as i am concerned you customer service just went from bad to worse.  I really wish I could just change companies altogether but there is no options due to my apartment building having a contract with you guys..  I guess I have to take part of my weekend to drive to a location out of my way to get answers ..  terrible.

Asking your question here would be helpful rather than venting about customer service.  It just might save you the trip to the store, however, it also might take a bit longer since this isn't real time chat.
