about 10 days before, I signed up for a one year Xfinity internet contract. Now I realized that $50 is alittle too much for me to pay and talked to customer service if it can be lowered. It was not helpful and I was told that Ihave to pay $100 penalty to disconnect. May someone help me please. Thanks
