Installation Fee for existing customers

My contract is ready to expire and so I looked at the offers. When I get to the end they want to charge me 60.00 installation fee for equipment I have already installed. So it makes no sense to sign another 2 year agreement.

Nah, you won't get charged another install fee if you are an existing customer just accepting a new promo.

meyerdg59 -- If you already have service and want to upgrade or even get another promotion, you won't be charged for an install fee. Does a technician need to come out?

No I have the latest equipment, just looking at the new offers. My 24 month contract is about to expire.
