Insane bill

I have had comcast for years and my bill jumped from 120 to 245 a month! I want to talk to someone in customer retention/loyalty. My internet is also suppossed to be super fast. I can't even get the wifi to work on the other side of the house. Expensive junk. I am canceling my service if someone can't fix the internet and the insane bill.
