Inept customer service.

I have just spent an hour on line and on the phone trying to cancel a premium channel subscription. The app and online account sent me in circles. I then called Xfinity customer service(always a scary prospect), and it took another 15 minutes to make this SIMPLE change. 

I hope I live to see the day when cable competition is allowed in our area, because I will ditch Xfinity as fast as possible. We pay upwards of $250/month for this GARBAGE. I'm done with you people.
