It looks like my monthly bill has increased by around $15 the last few months. Apparently the 'discount' was reduced without notification as to why. Why does Comcast continually do this?
Hello, hchuven. Any changes on your bill will be stated either by a mailed paper bill or emailed to you. I can look into this for you and go over some options.
